this is actually a loss. I forgot to log my weight yesterday. my IBS is acting up again. I haven't gone to the bathroom in 6 days now and I was up to 150.2 yesterday. i'm happy with the 1lb loss this morning. I will be doing my colon cleanse drink when I go to bed so I might be up a bit of weight tomorrow morning from it but I should be able to get all the stuff out tomorrow.
149.2 lb Lost so far: 58.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
