Weigh in today: Steady at 153. Joining new BEACH challenge and my goal will be to be 149 at the end of 4 weeks!!!!!!!!! I am challenging myself to lose my complacency and becomre serious again. I have become too complacent with my weight at 153-155, maintaining, and forgetting my goal is to reach 140 or so...........Good day to all!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 July 2008:
1138 kcal Fat: 45.85g | Prot: 40.25g | Carb: 108.95g.   Breakfast: egg beaters, onion, cherries, fruit. Lunch: sunflower seeds, almonds, Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds) , cheese, egg white, lettuce, olive oil. Dinner: squash, turkey burger. Snacks/Other: Vanilla Reduced Fat Ice Cream Cone, applesauce, cottage cheese. more...
