Very strong exercise --and lots of parties--131.7 this morning. WEnt up a few and now getting back down. Still working toward 130 for next Sunday--last party today. Overall--feel good about it--clothes look good and fit well--increased muscle mass and stomach def flatter--that trek to 128 may take effect after the new year--company between now and then.
