Dangit! I stayed within my calorie range but just one day going out to eat and I gained back 1-1/2 pounds. Not fair! :-(
173.5 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Restaurant food has tons of sodium. Just drink extra water and you should be back down in a couple of days. Sodium can make our water weight fluctuate a lot.

What she said. I cant imagine you consuming enough food to justify a real weight gain in one day.
