Day three of intermittent fasting. I am fasting 16 hours out of 24 hours each day and I am so impressed with the results!!!
188.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Way to go! Keep it up. After a few weeks you’ll want to do some changes you don’t want your body comfortable with it as it will stop dropping.

FullaBella, I eat about 700-1100 calories a day. My weight loss doctor recommended about 1300 a day, but with fasting, it’s hard to hit that much, and having Gastroparesis, I sometimes struggle to get that much normally.

I’m in my size 14 jeans again and that’s a great feeling. I just wish my IBD constipation would ease up.
