Way to go! Keep it up. After a few weeks you’ll want to do some changes you don’t want your body comfortable with it as it will stop dropping.

FullaBella, I eat about 700-1100 calories a day. My weight loss doctor recommended about 1300 a day, but with fasting, it’s hard to hit that much, and having Gastroparesis, I sometimes struggle to get that much normally.

I just wish my IBD constipation would ease up.
