PM weigh in. 16hrs fasted. 7hrs sleep. Quick gym this am. So far, 5lb gain with 24hr fast, feasting 24hrs, now 24hrs fasting again.
284.0 lb Lost so far: 42.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I just kinda started it last week. It's not too bad until about hour 20. It's easy to do at work though, especially if I'm busy which is usually the case at a level 1 trauma hospital. 🗡 🔫 🆎

Yes, that environment keeps you busy....unfortunately I work from my home & there is food everywhere!!
