I have been playing with the same poundage for months, but I'm OK with this for now. I'm allowing myself lots of time off which is not really the objective of changing one's lifestyle, but I'm giving myself some slack and choose to forgive myself. I KNOW I have to lose another 14 pounds, and one of these days I will take this more seriously than I am taking it recently. I MUST NOT GO OVER 154........FOR NOW THAT IS MY PRIMARY GOAL. I know this is not the right attitude, but that's where I am presently-I don't think it is self-sabatage, but instead I think I am learning to work the diet. I'm confident that I can take weight off when I stick to it....babble babble babble (I'm thinking out loud)!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

It's good that you are thinking of this and have a plan to maintain till you are ready to move on. Hang in there Susie!

Not gaining anything back is really vital, so you're thinking correctly on that. Now we just need to make sure "we" (Im in the same boat) try to make better choices. Im going to try sticking to lower glycemic foods this next week and see if that helps. You can so do this!!! think of this... if you lose just 1.5 pounds more, you will offically be HALFWAY to your goal.. you will have lost half of the weight.. thats a great accomplishement! go for it girl!
