What is flexible dieting?
Eating mostly nutritious foods and including 10-20% of not so nutritious foods.

Today I ate 1800 calories, 290 calories of “junk” food and the rest of nutritious foods. 290 calories is around 16-17% of the 1800 calories. Today I hit my target perfectly 😏
116.1 lb Lost so far: 83.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
