Scale is starting to trend down some. I have lost inches. I’m starting to feel better. One day at a time to a healthier me. I will not let this surgical menopause defeat me.
221.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
