Blood sugar 2pm, 199. Forgot morning pills, took at 2pm, had no breakfast. Did weight training. 3rd day into exercise routine.
293.5 lb Lost so far: 46.5 lb.    Still to go: 93.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
