Maybe if I write down my loss it will help me 🤷🏻‍♀️ being in denial does not help
115.0 lb Lost so far: 85.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I was happy cause I thought I was maintaining

Yeah now i have to figure out if I need to increase calories or if it was just cause I was very busy for 3-4 days straight

You have more experience at this than I do. However, if it were me, I would keep to normal for the weekend and maybe a day or two after. If I lost more then add in calories next week. Same if I maintain. If I gained then I’d keep an eye on the scale and see when it evens out again. Just what I would do 😉.

Well, you can weight 100 lbs if you want and still being healthy. You know, but if you want to maintain your 120lbs you better use the scale 😀

Rosio, 115 is okay. But you need to stabilize to a weight that only fluctuates two pounds either way. As small as you are five pound swings are considered unhealthy. I know you will be successful! 💞

It might be time to keep track of your exercise so that you can add in calories when you exercise more. Do you have a fitbit or something that will track calories based on your body weight and heart rate? Might be time to get one.

Yes I dropped 4 pounds in less than 3 days
