I'm so happy to be down 1.5 pounds this week. I have been close to this weight before, let myself go, went up, and now I am back on Phase 1 and will go for it for another week to jump start my body.......I'm going to be a newbie this week and see how it goes since I have not been moving downward in weeks. Happy weekend all...
150.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's a good idea to be a bit hard on yourself once in a while. Sometimes, rather than go a whole week or two of depriving myself, I prefer to just two one or two low days and get on track. Keep up the great work Susie, I hope things are well with you! :-)
