quite small salad with slivered almonds &
sunflower seeds(only garnished=high in
calories) when eating small amounts your
stomach shrinks, & physical body requires
LESS FOOD !
174.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
