Wasn’t going to update but it’s a process and this is part of it. I’m sure a good part of this is water weight as I didn’t eat any differently this week than the last. And weighed in Monday at 123.8 but seeing this number was still hard. Bulking has been very difficult for me mindset wise. I’m having some strong anxiety today, but have calmed down a bit and put my best foot forward in my workout today. In the past I would have seen this gain and jumped to cardio; however, I stayed strong and stuck to the weights. I will eat in a surplus today and stick to my plan. But boy is this hard.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 84.9 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
