Yesterday was largely a high energy/ mild pain day. Thus, 4+ miles walking and dribble walks. And interaction with human Beings💫
Seems the glucose + BHB (ketone body) ingestion practice is indeed a thing. I need to brush up on my chemistry....ugh
PT was ok’d for 2nd round. So happy to be seeing my pt again. Will get me back to my routines and better physical + mental shape.
Starting the Keto supplement , keto salt again today. Hope to get bhb esters soon.
203.9 lb Lost so far: 23.1 lb.    Still to go: 1.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
