had a really rough day yesterday, so I couldn't be exactly on with the diet for dinner, but I followed it for breakfast and lunch. the fact that it's only a 1lb gain in 2 days is actually better than what I thought the gain was going to be.
148.8 lb Lost so far: 59.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
