I’m the same rosio! It’s just a number but it’s still an important one ;). At 137 now with 115-126 being the ideal for my age and height. I felt my best at 120-125 so that’s my goal. Once there I’ll adjust based on how I feel. The number may be different in the end because I’d rather the pounds be more than 125 than have to buy all new clothes...again! (I’m a clothes hoarder so I have several boxes of size 2-6 and I’m just now starting to fit the 6’s).

Hubby is 6’0 but should’ve been talernif he wouldn’t have broken his growth plates in middle school. His senior picture he was 225 and the charts said his BMI was well over 30 and in the obese category. Honestly he looked sick to me. Sunken in cheeks, hollow eyes, sharp nose... BUT his legs were bigger than my waist and solid muscle. His bicep when I met him was bigger than my thigh and again solid muscle. He trained/ran daily for 4+ years and another 2-3 before and after of training/running a few days a week. All between 12-22. At 260 when I met him he had a tummy but the rest of him was solid muscle and his dr told him he was morbidly obese and would die soon if he didn’t get to 180. Those charts aren’t accurate for many people :/.
