with my eatin 1/2 my meals it was slow goin at first, but look out know how cut way back on carbs ! sing “yea, dis is dah way !”

l’m satisfied !
174.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
