Thanks to who ever got my attention on the nuts... give them up and seen some great results this week...
171.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 5.0 lb a week

That really makes a difference sometimes. I am not allergic to peanuts, but if I eat them I don't lose. Almonds are OK for me, though. I don't know about other nuts as I don't want to test them.
