Ok bro ur celebration is over 😆 now back to my usual eating habits
121.0 lb Lost so far: 79.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The great thing is that when we track and have a great plan, we know what causes the fluctuations and it's no biggie! Back on plan and we know it'll come back off in a few days. And 1 or 2 pounds, is lots easier than 20 or 30! Gotta celebrate the things and people in our lives sometimes! Congrats to your brother
