Gained 1 pound; have "taken" chances!!!! Will stop and go forward...
152.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 March 2008:
1189 kcal Fat: 62.90g | Prot: 75.95g | Carb: 61.78g.   Breakfast: ricotta cheese 1/4 cup, ricotta cheese 1/4 cup, onions, mushrooms, egg whites. Lunch: peanut butter, 1/2 cup cottage cheese 2%, tomatoe soup l can del. stewed tomatoes,2 cans v8, chicken broth, onions, sour cream, parmesan cheese. Dinner: salmon. Snacks/Other: reduced fat salad dressing, 1/2 cup cottage cheese 2%, string beans, coffee @ Bascom, fat free cheese. more...

lol Hey, wouldn't have known if you hadn't tried, right??? Dust off, add lots of water and kick it! YOU can DO it!
