Do not tell me you MADE THE SUSHI—You are toooo much. Looks so good. Not something I usually eat. A short stint in the Jungles of Vietnam during monsoon season ruined my taste for anything raw.

Nice meal, love sushi ! Any Sushi is my favorite meal ......make sure to limit intake though, sushi is one of those tricky things you have to watch..... I will indulge if given the chance and calories rise and rise. You wouldn't think so, but it can be a diet buster if not careful !!!! Thanks , now I want some ASAP ..... ;)

I love “California” rolls with avocado and salmon rolls. Now kimchi I am not crazy about. I have tried Korean food several times but it just could never be a favorite.

Thank you everyone... No I'm not a chef, but I adore cooking. This is vegan, so no meat, dairy, or fish. I lived in Seoul Korea for 2 1/2 years when I was much younger. (And my ex of nearly 10 years was Japanese). This is actually 'Kim Bap' and not technically 'sushi'. The main difference is there is no seasoned rice vinegar in the rice, and there is almost always sesame seasoned spinach, egg, cucumber, daikon radish, and some sort of meat or crab. Kim Bap is cut much thinner pieces than sushi, so its easier to eat in one bite. I grew up on Korean food and crave it quite a bit still, so I keep all my sushi staples on hand for those moments.
