I am liking the looks of this. I am trying to exist on liquids for 3 days. I haven't made it one whole day yet. Now, part of my liquid is a 30 gram protein drink that I planned on having for 3 meals (or 4). It is 160 calories. Then, I thought I would hydrate with water, tea, and coffee. I am trying to stay away from diet drinks.
My hubby asked for orange, cranberry muffins the other day. I made them, and I have had one every day. Botched the diet!
