We all know it goes on a lot quicker than it comes off. Don't throw all your hard work away, double down and get back on it. Ask yourself what do you need to change and then do it permanently.

Hey. I'm trying to stay motivated as well. I started this journey 2 weeks ago although I've actually battled weight since I was 6 years old. I am doing everything by the book. I lost the first week but this week am up 3 pounds. I keep telling myself it's the muscle I'm building from running but can't help but feel discouraged. 10 pounds may seem like a lot and you could feel very defeated by that. But get back on track because losing or reloosing 10 pounds is better than having to do 15, 20, or 30! Hang in there and refocus.
