One of the hardest things for me to recognize was that my body is extremely different than my husbands body. His body can tolerate this many calories 😒 n my body obviously cannot

I always used to say “comparing to him I don’t eat much” and that was my biggest mistake, I a women 5’1 tall cannot compare myself to a man who is 5’9 tall
