Caloric restriction and moderate exercise work. Eat healthy foods, fruit, veggies and lean meat. Walk daily. I've been during since October using this regiment and lost 60 pounds, at times up to 4 pounds a week. PM me if you want more details.

Log everything and pay attention to your portions. Exercise. You will find the site itself pretty easy to use but if you have questions, just ask.

Out of sight, out of mind... I use that as a reminder to keep tracking my food, sleep, water, exercise, because if you don't monitor yourself, it is SO easy to get off track. Stay focused on being the best you and find a diet that fits your life, schedule, and food preferences. If it's not a good fit, you won't stick with it.

Take it one day at a time and don't get disappointed when weigh in time comes and you don't see fast results it takes time to lose weight I learned from everyone here it's a journey and there is good support here you can come here anytime and vent don't do it alone
