Woke at 211.0, down .4 from yesterday after a huge day of exercise moving my daughter into her new place (three floors up)! I’ve been eating a lot of calories on my non-fasting days so I will eat a few less today to even it up. UPDATE: Came home at 213.6 even after a modest lunch, showing the reintroduction of glycogen to my muscle mass. I always expect to gain some water weight during the week and then lose it after my Friday Fast. Ate OK on calories but high on carbs with the Kombucha and Brussels Sprouts. And then came some red wine later in the day to try to shake things loose inside. I am going to try to eat green veggies for lunch and dinner every day to try to achieve the regularity I enjoy during my five-day fasting mimicking diet during the first week of the month. Waking weight is today's low.
