I ordered a dress for my sisters wedding, because the shirt I ordered got in and it was from China so the sizing was off, like 4 0r 5 sizes. I am keeping it though, because I want to see if I will eventually fit in it, its a super cute shirt. But anyway, I ordered a cherry print dress from Pin Up Girl Clothing, and I am just hoping it fits. I ordered the biggest size they had, so not I just wait with fingers crossed.

It is a cherry print dress. I have always wanted a cherry print dress. When I was little, my mom had one, and I would play in it all the time. It was my favorite dress she owned, and she would catch me and get mad at me, but I loved it. Recently she went on a business trip, and she has always brought us all back something little when she travels. Well, she found this cherry print sock keychain and bought it for me. When she gave it to me, she asked if I knew why she chose that print and I told her of course I did, I just didnt know she remembered. It was a nice moment. My mom and I had drifted apart when we moved to Ar, I dont know why, but I can see slowly we are getting back to being friends, its nice because I do love my mom. She can be hard to deal with, but shes still my mom and I love her.

I am a little worried about the dress because its shorter than I normally wear. I have lymphedema in my legs and they are so ugly, swollen dry and discolored. I rarely ever show my legs, and especially around people that arent family. I am worried that people will look at them, ask me about them, or make fun of them. I might wear leggins underneath it, I just dont want to ruin my sisters special day by being a spectacle. Ugg, I hate thinking that way, but those thoughts creep up and really bother me. I am hoping that as I lose weight, it will get better, but so far it hasnt changed much. It sucks.

Anyways, dont want to dwell on bad right now. Its gonna be a good day...rainy, but good. I hope you are all having a wonderful day!! Much love!!!

Sweetie, there is no way you will ruin your sister's wedding unless you just don't go! Do what you need to do to feel comfortable! Hello. I bet it will fit and do not worry too much about the outfit someone once told me to remind myself I was a guest at the party. That the event was all eyes on the couple and really had nothing to do with what I may wear. I think that would work for you have such a beautiful face no one will care about what you have one. It sounds as if you have some time ahead so focus on that not the wedding. Surround yourself with people that you trust when you are at the wedding. The idea of wearing leggings I get I too have very bad ankles that are a dark blue, poor circulation and family heredity has played a part. Why not if you have to wear leggings put something sweet on the bottom like a fine lace trim and wear open toes with a nice nail polish. Life when you are a certain size can also be about adding the detail. I used to model for Pennington's when I was younger and a beautiful scarf and earrings and accessory's really is what makes a outfit. Even a simple black dress and leggings with bright colors in accessory would work. As I said you are a very attractive women I want you to have fun and not worry about who or what person may be watching. It is about the wedding and a great family time, ENJOY! Sandra

I LOVE CHERRY PRINTS TOO! Does the dress have red cherries on it? Also, I use spray tan Sally Hansen leg makeup, does wonders for flaws and just smooths out the flaws. You can get it at Target or the drug store.

Thank you everyone!! I appreciate the support!! I will take a picture when the dress gets here so you can all see it. It is a black dress with red cherries. @johnwentzville Everything is great. We worked it out so I can have the equipment where I want it. I told them that they are free to use it, whenever. I dont mind, but I want it where I am comfortable using it. I have found that I can go short bursts and then rest a little and go again pretty well. I am hoping to work up to doing a full 45 minutes in just a few weeks. I am excited.

So proud of the things you are doing to keep youself positive. For the concerns with your legs, think about an over or underlay of a long silky fabric the matches or sets off the shorter skirt of what you're wearing, with a simple fabric or ribbon tie or elastisized waist band. We all have things we are self-conscious about, but there are always solutions

Your face will glow and you will be beautiful. No ones body is perfect and we are working to change this, but your face and your continence is what you can count on. You are beautiful no matter your weight is. Just remember this is about getting healthy and physically feeling better, not about beauty. The beauty is already there. I know this may sound contrary to what I said the other day. But I was referring to my out of shape unhealthy body being something I do not like. Not about my person of who I am inside.

Asian sizing the baine of my existence when shopping on Amazon and don't get me started on rose gal.. Luckily a 5x Asian sizing fits my daughter lol.. So she has gotten quite a few cute shirts and a nice comfy sweatshirt that's soooooo soft on the inside... Le sigh why couldn't it have been mine wahhhh
