Feeling a little out of it and overwhelmed thinking of the coming week of classes. I'm going to go to the beach to rejuvenate myself because I need it before the grind. I'm also going to listen to some motivational tracts.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
