After one full day of being on a keto diet and so much has changed!

The body is an incredible thing. Less bloating, less gassy, more energy, tummy looks much flatter. In Just 24hours!!!

So glad I decided to get back with it! 😁
146.4 lb Lost so far: 21.3 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@smprowett I already have back problems 😩 my abs separated while pregnant and it made my back issues worse having no core strength ☹️
