Thanks guys. It takes time. I workout more and eat less. Smaller portions. No specific diet just more veggies and protein. Less junk. No soda fast food.

I did a 12 week challenge. I paid $25 into a pot that some people will win. I️ figured if I lose it’s only $25 but what if I win. My story is pretty inspiring and my transformation is too. I will share my results with you all mid December when we find out the winners.
