still being bad and not pushing myself to go to the gym and get myself back to feeling good. I don't understand when you know something makes you feel better by doing it and look better and you enjoyed it at the time that that is not enough motivation to make you go back to what was making you feel good. very frustrating hopefully I get that motivation back very very soon as I feel like shit..
