starting Oct 2017 I want to get back to the gym and start working back out and really pushing myself beyond my limit and comfort zone. I am going to try and eat healthier less junk and processed foods, more frut, veg and healthy dairy etc...
203.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
