Today I had a Drs appointment and found out my heart is beating only 32 BPM. It usually beats in the 50s. So now I am going to do a 24 hour heart monitor test to see if I need to see a cardiologist. My other numbers were good and I feel great. I fasted yesterday on coffee and Slimfast low carb shakes. Today I am eating light and very low carb. I had a sausage and egg biscuit at McDonalds and my husband ate the biscuit. I have cooked up some turnips for dinner and I plan to grill a couple of chicken breasts. Tonight I bowl on league and that usually keeps me away from the other food in the house. It is all about planning and writing down or entering your food intake in your food diary. When I don't do that then I am grabbing things I don't need to eat.
