I had a most excellent day yesterday. We went to the War Eagle Craft fair in War Eagle Arkansas. It was huge. I didn't buy a lot, but I did buy s little something for the birds. On the way home there were all kinds of garage sales. I bought a pair of new shoes for $5. We walked our legs off and I didn't get as fatigued as the last time I went. I didn't eat a whole lot so I feel good about that. Today I started off with coffee and a low carb shake. I will finish up the day with a baked pork chop and a salad.
