Everyone else was snacking on Cheetos, Chicken In A Biskit Crackers & Oreos so I made my own snack!

They look like pepitas. My favorite seed. They make a great pepita brittle at 180 snacks, it's crunchy, sweet, and salty. I've got to give those rainbow carrots a try, I've been doing carrot waffle coins, so I can scoop up more dip/pate'. Just like those cukes look perfect for dipping. Enjoy, Cheers.

Awww! You guys all sure do make me feel all warm & fuzzy! Thanks! To the folks who were confused by what appeared to be one single orange carrot... the other four veggie sticks with it are also carrots! RAINBOW CARROTS!!!🌈 To those wondering about the seeds... they are indeed pumpkin/pepita seeds! I eat them as is or use them just like sunflower seeds or pine nuts/pinion seeds! For those wondering about the dip... I whipped up myself. It's kind of across between an aioli & tzatziki sauce! I'll write up the recipe & post it in another reply in a minute!

Greek Yogurt Dressing/Dip Ingredients *3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt *1 tsp dried dill weed *2 clove of garlic *1 tsp lemon pepper *2 TBSP cream *2 TBSP parmesan *6 TBSP olive oil *salt to taste Instructions 1. Put yogurt, cream, parmesan, herbs and spices in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. 2. Very slowly, add the oil so that it emulsifies. 3. Use immediately, or store up to 1 week in the fridge. You can play around with the amount of greek yogurt, cream & olive oil to get different consistencies. You can adjust the amount of dill, garlic & lemon pepper or use different herbs & spices according to your preference.
