HAPPY TUESDAY!!!

I use an OMRON Fat Loss Monitor HBF-306C to get the BF number] Aug 1st was a Tuesday) ->Sept 19th Weight 208.8 BF 21.4% -- I reduced my BF by 1.6% in 50 days
**** Big Picture **** Feb 27 - July 31st, 154 days, I tippy toed through the Tulips, lost 2.2 measly pounds, reduced body fat by 2.9% Jul 31 - Sep 19th, 50 days, Laser focused, lost an additional 7.2 pounds in 1/3 the time, reduced body fat another 1.6%
Date Lbs BMI BF 2/27/17 218.2 30.5 26.3 9/18/17 208.8 29.1 21.8 Totals: Down 9.4 lbs (Ok with it), under 30 BMI (what ever!), lost 4.5% body fat(Yessss!!) ...BMI is for the birds. The lower body fat number is why I am wearing 34 waist slacks. Onwards.
My journey.
I should be in Onederland by the end of this experiment AND more importantly my BF should be between 17 & 20%. This is exciting!
The trend is your friend.
After this experiment, I will see if I can within 6 - 8 months, get my BF to 14 to 17%. According the the American Council on Exercise, this would put me in the fitness category (Does running from your family after stealing a cupcake from a tray on the table count as exercise?)
Let's go!!!!!!

It only counts as exercise if you're caught... else, its just "falling off the wagon", @Chesgreen!

Nice goals Ches and super progress!! I like your time line too...totally doable (but not easy). When you get to 14% - 17% you'll see that there are other challenges, most times not as difficult as getting there but sometimes even harder. Good luck mate!!!

@rhills 14.7% BF, You da man!!! @ 371-184, if I ran out the house straight into a 5k @ my current weight, I will have calories to spare. @JB as I continue to think wine is still fruit, you will probably get there again 1st - I am 207.4 today. No worries..

@Steven, I like hard things. Easy is boring. I am willing to stretch out my timeline as well if needed. Lifestyle changes. My body will look and feel amazing by then. It will be hard to keep a shirt on in the summer by then.
