Up few a few tenths. Not overly worried about it. A little more concerned about food and my trip to Sac this week.

Still working on dealing with all this fruit.
179.4 lb Lost so far: 39.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
