Woke at 222.2, down .8 from yesterday. Heading out to Maryland International Raceway today to MC the Legends of Drag Racing event. Will be proud to induct four great racers into our hall of fame. Have no idea what I will eat, but I put two bags of pork rinds and four 100 calorie bags of nuts into my backpack. I have the full 2095 calories to eat today. UPDATE: Got a lot of exercise and ate well at the drags. Came home at 219.6. Had a big southwest chicken dinner (chicken fajitas without the wraps). Piled on the cheese, sour cream, and salsa. Added some red wine, too. Let's see what tomorrow brings.
