This is what I had for dinner. Only 27 net carbs. for those interested. My main concern with nutrition is the intake of micronutrients. Plate is colorful therefore I'm covered. :D

my dad , 87 years old , goes by the mantra that a multi colored plate and watching portion size got him where he is at - I'm very proud of him - I think this is a great plate or plates should I say - I should follow his advice a little better - great job
