Yup, 4 Net carbs and nobody will know they are low carb. They do have 200 calories though and none of those calories come from a pile of protein and veggies 😄. So they still count as an occasional treat. Nice for maintenance too.

Before my new WOE I could easily down 5-6 of these. Now, almost my whole daily calorie target goal would be used up. Yikes, Have I changed that much??

Perks--Yes- I hope the change is permanent! 😄 the awesome thing is---I don't know if someone in deep nutritional ketosis could really enjoy downing 5/6 of these. I ate one and felt perfect. Before Keto I had an awful sweet tooth. They are authentic Keto - so very satisfying. But these were for my kids- I bake sugar free for them too because we got rid of ALL the refined sugar in the house. I think they did eat 2- 3 in a row. 😉

Almost bought coconut flour to make these. Maybe next week.

T8U9- these are definitely a treat though- 200 Calories and you need some kind of natural no carb sweetener too besides stevia- like erythritol.

I went and found this recipe. Definitely on my to do list! :-)

Might try them without any of the sweeteners, to see whether consistency works that way. Or maybe that's been done already. :-)
