Having some quiet time with water! Fasted until 12pm today and stopped eating at 3:30pm. Shortest eating period I have tried doing. I had a 75cal snack at 8:30pm. Will be fasting 3:30pm until 8:00am for a 16.5 hour fast! Intense! Learning as I go!
