I am going to print out the note below and put it on my night stand before I go to bed.

Dear aliens,

I have surpassed 24 hours of this fast and I am going to break it at the 48 hr mark or maybe even later. Tonight, please do not whisper in my ear "Eat cookies, cake, chips, soda, drink beer, chase my wife around the house with no pants on when the kids are not home." OK. Maybe leave in the chase the wife part.
