Thanks Meadow Mist! It was delicious! The smoked salmon wasn't fully thawed yet but that just made the whole thing more refreshing on a warm day!
Good to hear from you! Things are going well for me. Had a bit of a weight gain but still feeling good! Just made a really loooong journal entry so I won't go in to detail in this comment... lol!
