Weigh in day. I consider this a fairly significant loss. Over the last 4 days I have loaded 80gr of creatine . A lot of the 'maintained' weight is water absorption. I'm actually very pleased.
200.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
