Again this strangely sneaks up on me even knowing all the work I do with TRYING to eat healthy. I don't have time now but later I will have to address this whole thing of people telling you that you're now "too small". It's....weird and I don' get the metric. My BMI is now normal and not overweight or obese for the first time in my adult life and I'm happy with that. Under 173 is a normal BMI. I'm in a comfort zone where now I need to stop focusing on what I've done so well as far as weight loss, which is still crazy that I came all the freaking way from 295 down to freaking 168! It's still taking some time to catch up to me but now I want to focus more on like toning and stuff. I need a muscle or two now lol
168.2 lb Lost so far: 101.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
