Went back to low carb eating yesterday. Determined to stick to it. Determined to ignore my husband and his spaghetti noodles. My dinner was delicious and I'm full. Drinking lots of water and getting lots of steps. :)

Have you looked into the ketosis diet? I recently started & so far I am losing weight plus inches.

Oops! I just cyber stalked you and see you are doing keto dieting. I think you need to up your fats a bit lower on protein & carbs under 20gr
