What is this? 1 cup of egg salad that's heavy on the mayo? Calories would be out the roof. It would seem.

I use plain Greek yogurt instead of mayo and add in some pickle juice from the chopped dill pickles for added flavor. I also use chopped black olives when I don't have any pickles. I just love egg salad.
