Right direction, yet perhaps the wrong way: overtraining and undereating on too many days last week. Working on finding the best balance for the body I'm creating for the next 40+ years
196.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 58.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
