Dealing with Day 2 of DOMS after not going to the gym for...a month. Serves me right. Still need to progress with 5x5 and 5k race training today...just won't push as hard.
199.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 61.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
